Gildan Tshirt 

- Gildan tshirts are usually made from 100% cotton or some models have polyester added (cotton 50% - polyester 50%).

- Cotton material is soft, cool, sweat-absorbent, suitable for daily activities or as uniforms.

TRANSFER ONLY IS THE PRINT ONLY AT 10 INCHES..

🛠️ Pressing Instructions:

1️⃣ Temperature Setting: Preheat your heat press to 315-320°F (about 160°C).

2️⃣ Preparation: Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.

3️⃣ Transfer Application: Place the transfer film face down on the garment.

4️⃣ Protection Layer: Cover with Teflon or parchment paper.

5️⃣ Pressing: Apply firm pressure for 15 seconds.

6️⃣ Cooling: Let it cool for 30 seconds, then carefully peel off the film.

7️⃣ Final Touch: Cover again and press for another 5 seconds to set the design.

8️⃣ Waiting Period: Allow 24 hours before washing.

🧼 Washing Instructions:

1️⃣ Wait Before Washing: Hold off on washing for 24 hours after pressing.

2️⃣ Turn Inside Out: Wash your garment inside out.

3️⃣ Use Cold Water: Wash on a low-temperature setting for the best results.

4️⃣ Low Heat Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.

5️⃣ No Direct Ironing: Avoid ironing directly on the transfer design.
